A full scale kitchen remodeling job can be a lengthy process involving the total demolition of your kitchen. Replacing your cabinets, counters, and backsplashes are the three most common kitchen improvement tasks, and the cost and construction time can often be prohibitive. There is a better way to improve the look of your kitchen- a no-demolition kitchen remodel can give your home an entirely new look in just a few days, instead of a lengthy remodel. This process also eliminates the cost of demolition and new cabinet construction and installation.
Granite Transformations offers custom-fitted stone and glass countertop overlays and backsplashes, mosaics that can be inlaid or serve as a full backsplash, new cabinet doors, drawer fronts and boxes, and hardware. With our Trend Stone and Trend Glass overlays, you'll have your new kitchen in just a few days.

Typical kitchen remodels require the complete destruction of your existing kitchen. This lengthy process causes a large mess, and limits your access to your kitchen, up to weeks at a time.
With Granite Transformations, the countertop installation is often completed in just one day. There is little disruption to your daily routine. And because we don't tear out your existing cabinets and counters, the dust and dirt is kept to a minimum.
We create templates for your kitchen the first morning, and then fabricate your new countertops and backsplashes in the afternoon. Installations can be done in 1 or 2 days depending on size. This means that there is minimal interference with the use of your kitchen while we are performing the installation. Kitchen cabinet refacing is generally completed in 3-5 days, again depending on size.
Why Engineered Stone is better than Granite
Granite has been the material of choice for kitchens for well over a decade. Unfortunately, granite has several drawbacks- it is heavy, porous, stains easily, chips, and requires diligent maintenance. Granite Transformations has solved all of these problems with our patented Foreverseal™ granite surfaces. These overlays are made from crushed stone and recycled glass, and look the same as ordinary granite countertops. The granite composite, however, is permanently sealed, eliminating problems with staining and eliminating any maintenance. They are also much lighter than traditional granite counters, and put no additional wear and tear on your kitchen. Unlike ordinary granite, they are resistant to chips and cracks, and come in color and mosaic combinations that are impossible with regular stone. Our Foreverseal™ granite surfaces are made from 93% granite stone and come in slabs, just as ordinary granite does, but are lighter and more versatile.
Please see Hank Palmer, owner of Granite Transformations of Long Beach and the South Bay, explain the difference between engineered stone and natural granite in the video below:

What Our Customers Have to Say
This was a very typical "over-tile" installation of our recycled-glass Cristallino White and Copper material, with a couple of special elements. One was converting a top-mount sink to a polished-edge undermount of a single-bowl granite sink. The other was the inlaying of our Excalibur Glass mosaics within the backsplash. Because we completed nearly all of the fabrication in our shop, we were able to install this kitchen including countertops, sink and backsplashes, in a single day. The result was dramatic and just the look our customer was seeking! Watch the video below to see their reaction to the end result, and click the images to see before and after photos of their kitchen.
